  • Full payment or specified deposit must be received before we confirm any bookings (flights, hospital, accommodation).
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but any change will not affect bookings already confirmed.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

  • If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must notify us in writing at least 72 hours before your scheduled date.
  • Cancellation less than 72 hours before your appointment may incur a fee.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your cancellation request.
  • Any non-refundable fees (such as certain hospital or travel charges) will be clearly communicated before booking.

6. Travel and Accommodation Arrangements

  • We will help you book flights, arrange airport pickup, and suggest nearby accommodation options.
  • All travel and lodging bookings are made on your behalf, but final confirmation depends on availability at the time of booking.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, and travel documents.
  • Any additional costs due to visa delays, missed flights, or travel changes are your responsibility.

7. Liability and Disclaimer

  • We act as a facilitator between you and medical providers, airlines, and hotels. We do not provide medical advice or perform any medical procedures.
  • All medical treatments are carried out by licensed healthcare professionals. We are not liable for medical outcomes, risks, or complications.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third parties (hospitals, airlines, hotels, or government agencies).
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms will not exceed the fees you paid to us for that service.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

  • We collect personal data (name, contact information, medical history) to arrange your treatment and related services.
  • Your information is kept confidential and shared only with service providers directly involved in your care (hospitals, doctors, hotels).
  • We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third party.
